beyonce-jay-z-sued-drunk-in-love/

beyonce1 beyoncebeyonceBeyoncé and Jay Z made what became one of the biggest songs of the year with “Drunk in Love,” but now a Hungarian singer is saying they don’t deserve all the credit.

In fact, they don’t deserve 29 percent of the credit, to be exact.

This comes in a new lawsuit, according to Complex, where Hungarian folk singer Mitsou, born Mónika Juhász Miczura, is alleging that Bey and Hov, as well as Timbaland, who co-produced the song, used vocals from her 1995 song “Bajba, Bajba Pelem.” The suit claims that the eery voice we hear singing at the opening of the song, which was included on Bey’s 2013 self-titled album, was borrowed and distorted from her.beyonce

“Following Mitsou’s stirring featured solo vocal introduction, Mitsou’s voice continues to sing as Beyoncé begins to sing, to evoke foreign eroticism alongside the sexually intense lyrics performed by Beyoncé and Jay Z in ‘Drunk in Love’,” the suit says.

The song in question seems to be unavailable anywhere online, but Complex did dig up a song with a similar name, “Bajba, Bajba,” performed by the band Ando Drum — whose vocalist is Mitsou.

is reporting that in addition to “damages,” Mitsou wants a judge to forbid anyone from playing the song.

Best of luck with that last part.

10 Types of Women That Men Do Not Want to Marry

Miss “Bossy Pants”: This woman usually can’t help herself; she has bossy in her DNA. When a man first meets her, he might think this character trait is cute, for awhile. However, once he starts to feel like he is in grammar school being told what to do by his second grade teacher, he will give this woman her walking papers.

Miss “Playing Games With His Heart”: This woman thinks that being a game player will help her land a man. However, even though a man might be intrigued by a hard to get lady in the beginning, as soon as he decides that he is interested in her, all he wants is an honest straightshooter. If this woman doesn’t remove Battleship from her repertoire quite quickly, she will be shown the door before she can even sink his vessel.

Miss “I Want To Change You”: This woman is lurking everywhere. She is the type of woman many men are the most leery of. (Of course, there are some men who love this woman because of their own insecurities.) She claims that she loves her guy just the way he is, but little by little, she chips away at just about everything about him. First, it’s his wardrobe, then it’s his taste in music. However, when she gets to his friends and his hobbies, she is usually kicked to the curb.

Miss “Suspiciously Jealous”: This woman is on edge all the time because she is very distrusting. Many times, she has been burnt in the past, so she is on guard for anything that looks or feels wrong. When a man first meets this woman, he sees her as a damsel in distress and wants to reassure her that he is nothing like that guy in her past. However, once she accuses him one too many times, he will have no choice to leave her because he can’t go through his life being prosecuted for somebody else’s crimes.

Miss “I Live For You And I Have Nothing Else Going On”: This woman is very difficult for a man to date, let alone marry. At first, he is flattered that she is so into him, but very quickly, he feels overwhelmed and suffocated by her. As a woman, you must have something going on in your own life so that you are not just waiting by the door for him to come home.

Miss “I Have Daddy Issues”: This woman usually dates older men and deep down is looking for a father figure, not a boyfriend or husband. Initially, her guy might like how she looks to him for approval and the answer to all of her questions, but soon, he realizes that he wants to have sex with a real woman, not someone who is stuck in her teen years trying to get Daddy to notice her.

Miss “I Speak To My Mother Five Times A Day About Everything”: This woman has her mother on speed dial and can’t seem to make a decision or do anything without getting her opinion. When a guy first meets her, he thinks it’s nice that she is so close to her family, but soon, he finds it to be way too much. A man just doesn’t want to have to ask hermother’s permission about things in his life.

Miss “Shhh, I Shouldn’t Really Be Saying This, But…”: This woman is like a humanPage Six. She loves to gossip and talk about other people and she loves to hear things about other people as well. Initially when a guy meets her, he might be entertained by her anecdotes but eventually, he begins to wonder what she is saying behind his back.

Miss “Keeping Up With The Joneses”: This woman needs to be at least as good as everyone else she knows. She is constantly talking about what the other people do and what the other people have. This places a lot of undue pressure on her guy and eventually, he justs gets fed up that she can’t appreciate what they have instead of wishing she wassomeone else.

Miss “I Don’t Eat”: This woman picks at her food, is on a never-ending diet or doesn’t eat pretty much everything that most people eat. When a man first meets her, he thinks to himself, at least she will never become overweight, but eventually he realizes that it’s no fun to eat alone. The fact is men like to eat; they like steak, they like trying different foods, they like dessert and women should be eating too, at least sometimes.

Keep in mind that most men just want a happy and easy going woman who has good values, so just focus on putting the best YOU out there.

Can you think of any other types of women that are unattractive to men?

But now it seems the “Top To The Bottom” rapper will be getting an early release on good behavior.

The Louisiana rapper also said any shows or appearances not booked by his brother/manager Taquari “TQ” Hatch or Johnnie Cabbell are not legitimate.

Music journalist Jeff Weiss reports that Lil Boosie will not be released next week.

Following reports that the Baton Rouge artist would be released from prison the day before Valentine’s day, music journalist and Lil Boosie interviewer Jeff Weiss took to Twitter to report that the rapper’s release has been delayed.

In a series of Tweets posted on lil boosie 0Friday (February 7), Weiss updated fans on the most recent news of Boosie’s upcoming release.

Why are they pushing his release date back? Some say it is for his safety. Some say it is because they want to make hem made, so he can do something to give hem self more time.

THE RICKY SMILEY and FRIENDS SHOW AT JOHNNY MERCER IN SAVANNAH GA, COME OUT AND HAVE A GOOD TIME  YOU MUST COME OUT!!!!!!!!!!

Caligula proves that hip-hop’s disappearing regionalism isn’t a gimmick; it’s historic and necessary. State lines fade as New York’s cultural style infiltrates the West Coast and Southern beats infuse the Midwest. Rap music is undergoing a much-needed transformation through the genius of artists such as Cali, who double as hip-hop music mavericks and agents of change.FIGHTER JET

Growing up in San Diego, California gave Cali Stylz exposure to the emerging West Coast G-Funk music culture that was heavy with whistles, synthesized instruments and gangsta rap lyrics. However, living in a home full of varied tastes and influences, he was quickly swayed by the busy bass lines and gritty rhymes he heard in the albums his step-brother would bring from New York City; the classic R&B that serenaded his parents; and the variety of pop-laden beats blasted by his three sisters. It wasn’t

until the age of eight when the military brat moved to Chesapeake, Virginia where his U.S. Navy step-father was stationed, that he finally realized his childhood, full of differing regional music styles, made his outlook on the craft not only unique, but it created his unrivaled delivery and ability to permeate every component of composing music with his signature style.

Deciding to earnestly pursue his career in music, Cali started penning rhymes at a young age, cultivating his skills and drawing from the diverse lessons he retained over the years. Eventually, he established himself as an artist in Virginia, adopting the name Caligula Stylz (shortened to Cali), an ode to his ability to be inclusive of all musical genres and styles. From the recording process, to laying ad-libs over a track, Cali ensured that each element of his work was infused with his bravado; a mix of conscious rhymes, exceptional knowledge of music composition and an infectious persona that compliments his individuality.

Always up for a challenge, Cali experimented by dissecting each region of rap, each genre of music, and adding in a heavy dose of his personality. Tackling battle, hard-core, party, dirty south, dub step and commercial rap in his career has given him a well-rounded musical portfolio that defies any musical counterpart in the field.

“I feel as an artist you’re not really expressing yourself if you have these talents and you let them slip away because of opinions jealousy or lack of confidence. I care for none of those, so my musical style will always be different. My slogan is ‘Stay Active Always’ because that’s what you have to do in order to do things others can’t.”

Since 2003, Cali Stylz has released CALIGULA ON THE THRONE14 online albums and numerous hit singles produced by Grammy Award winning producer, Nate “Danja” Hills (of New Age Rock Stars N.A.R.S Records) and various producers worldwide. He  recently released  his debut single, “Fighter Jet,” which ft Wiz Khalifa and prod by Danja! You can now purchase the song on iTunes.
